The
AED Jordan Civil Society Program (CSP) seeks proposals for training services on
social media advocacy training targeting social media activists to utilize and
maximize the impact of social media within Jordanian CSOs program plans.
The Terms of Reference for the training service
provider is comprised of two phases.
Phase I : Curricula Development, Recruitment and
Training of Trainers
Phase II: On-the Job Training/Mentoring the Core
Team
The service provider must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Demonstrated
experience managing social media training programs;
Experience working
with Jordanian or regional CSOs;
Existing Arabic
curricula on social media advocacy and training skills that can be adapted to
meet the needs of the target audience and Jordanian CSOs;
Experienced personnel
and trainers to deliver the TOT;
Proven track record in
managing training programs;
Experience managing
and supervising on-the-job training and the execution of social media projects;
